Sweet Jack’s by Heggy’s Confectionery is a new product line handcrafted at Heggy’s Confectionery in Alliance, Ohio. Sweet Jack’s is named after Jack Sell, who ran Heggy’s in Alliance beginning in the 1940’s, until passing it on to his son, Mike. Sure, many people remember Jack for running a tight ship, but we are choosing to remember his “sweet” traits as he, along with his wife Evelyn, satisfied the taste buds of Alliance patrons for over 40 years. What better way to honor Jack and celebrate over 80 years in business than launching a new product line in his honor — Sweet Jack’s!
